E-Soccer is starting back up once again for most sites within the next few weeks! As most have noticed, the morning weather has been a bit frosty for us Californians. When participating in physical activity in outdoor cold weather, it’s important to stay warm. Here are a few things to do:
• Perform a light activity before stretching to keep the body warm
• Wear sweats and a jacket (keep core/trunk warm)
• Wear a beanie to keep your head warm
• Consider wearing extra socks in case weather is wet
• Always have water or sports drink with you to stay hydrated!
